Daily Yoga Asana classes are scheduled on drop in basis. Both beginners and advanced Yoga practitioners are welcome; each person will be assessed and trained according to their individual means. In our teachings we maintain focused on each individual student and the most natural practice for each and everyone.
Our classes are from the Hatha tradition as taught by Sivananda. We encourage all our students to maintain a positive mind and healthy lifestyles. Many of our enthusiastic students from all over the wworld have gained results in their training far beyond what they hoped for.
We also offer complimentary breakfast and dinner after each class. All our meals are home cooked and served in the traditional yoga form. Sattvic food or the yogic diet has been defined as quality outstanding in purity and goodness. Sattvic food is nutritious for the body and mind. It is proven to provide the body with energy and to sustain the mind in tranquility. Yoga tradition has established that with sattvic nutrition we can experience peace of mind.
